A specialized program, for enterprises that deal with promotional gifts for the purpose of advertisment and promotion.
The program manages the items that are offered by the suppliers with photos , the suppliers, the clients, the orders, the import procedures and ofcourse the samples!!
It offers the capability to monitors the samples sent to clients, as well as the samples that have been allready approved by a client and ordered, also you may automatically create offers to clients in Power Point or Word. The program also calculates the cost, and suggests the selling price.
For every item a complete history is offered, where this items was offered, at what price, where it was used, how many items, if it was ordered in the past, etc… |
