If you want to have some predefined contents for a field, and chose one of them using a drop-down list, follow these steps:

Select the field from the Fields of Entity, then click on the "Archives" button.

Click on the "Insert" button in the window that will open.

Double click the cell in "predefinedpcontent" column.

Type your content there.

Repeat the last 3 steps for every option that you want to choose from.

Click the "Post" button.

Click the "Exit" button.
