Friktoria has a Main Menu which consists of four items:

Entities
Archives
Backup
System - this menu has two items: Settings and Exit.
In the Settings dialog you can perform administrative tasks, as well as editing the settings and behavior of your Friktoria. Some points to mention:
Language - change the language of Friktoria.
Moves - displays a log with the activity of the users (logins).
Users - manage users (add, edit or remove them).
Exit - Press "Exit" to quit Friktoria.
Entities - here you have two tools to manage the entries in your database.
New Entity - is used to add a new entity.
Search Entities - is used to search through entities, using various search techniques.
Archives - here you specify the Entity Types, or, the types of items that you will organize with Friktoria.
Backup - is used to create a full copy of your project, or to recover your project using earlier created copies.
