Click on Archives > Entity types. This will open the List of Entities window.

List of Entities Window - From this window you can manage the entity types, and add fields to them.

List of Entities (1) - here is the list of entity types. As you see from the figure, there is already an entity created.

Fields of entity (2) - here are the fields that will appear in the form of adding an entity (for an entity "book" they would be Author, Title, Year Published, Publish House, Type of Cover, Photo of the cover, Place of book).

New Entity Type (3)- if you press it, a new entity type will be added to the List of Entities (1).

New Field of Entity (4) - this button adds a new field in the Fields of entity (2) for the entity selected in the List of Entities (1).

Delete Entity button - Deletes an entity from the List of Entities (1).

Archives button - Add predefined contents for a field in the Fields of entity (2).

Delete Field of Entity button - deletes a selected field in Fields of entity (2).

Exit button - quit the List of Entities window.
