To create a backup: from the main window click Backup > Backup. Browse to the directory where you want to save the backup. If you have a big database, or many attachments, make sure you have enough space on the drive. Check what you want to save - Data, Digital Objects or both of them. Click the "BackUp" btton to perform the operation, or the "Exit" button to quit the "Backup" window.

To restore the database from a backup: from the main window click Backup > Restore. Find the backup file, and click the "Open" button.
